The Blue Ribbon Package, which is only available with Full Service, includes a selection of two entrees and an array of sides. The Champion BBQ Package offers a choice of two types of meat, sides, and BBQ pickles and rolls. Full Service consists of a tended buffet with chafing dishes and kitchen cleanup. Delivery & Setup Service includes setup of food containers, signs, plates, napkins, and cutlery. This location offers a variety of catering packages for two different service options to treat your guests to an authentic Kansas City barbeque experience. The highlight is a competition BBQ dinner plate, featuring meats like short ribs, chicken, or chipotle sausage with beans, potato salad, and apple coleslaw.ĭiners ages 10 and under have a unique menu just for them! Kids can choose from chicken tenders, burgers, build-your-own BBQ sandwiches, and gooey mac ‘n cheese-all served with a side of applesauce or fries and a drink.
